Stantec Inc. values its relationships with you as a client, investor or other member
of the public and is committed to the protection of your personal information. As
of January
1, 2004, we intend to meet our obligations under private sector
privacy laws.

United States, govern the collection, use and disclosure by Stantec Inc. of personal

applicable private sector privacy laws.
Protection of Personal Information
Stantec will use reasonable security safeguards to protect your personal

against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, loss, modification or destruction.
Stantec's employees
will continue to follow Stantec Inc.'s long-standing Confidentiality policy as
well as other security
policies and procedures.
Access and Correction Requests
Anybody can request access to their own personal information and can also request
correction of an error or omission in their personal information. In responding
to an access request
, we may have to sever some personal information in accordance with the exception
provisions in the legislation.
Requests for access to or correction of your personal information should be made
in writing to Stantec's privacy officer.
Handling Complaints
If you feel that Stantec Inc. is not
complying with its Privacy policy or with private
sector privacy laws, you may lodge a complaint with the privacy officer who will
appoint someone in authority to investigate the complaint. The Complaint handling
